Our Idea Factory’s proactive methodology combines sweat equity, monetary wealth and charity.  These values will be pooled into industry specific trust accounts, using them to provide operational and venture capital; loans to the qualified but not yet successful, who will form a new or join with an already existing manufacturing, construction, retail, food services, or one our everything green cooperative clusters; equitably owned and operated by local residents and workers.

Ten focused member's committees will provide an independent internal arbitration of all varying differences, in a fair and impartial way.  As our service and quality logo “Human Dignity” suggests, total community support and participation in earning the ways (power) and means (wealth)… is the right thing to do.  OIF’s plan will naturally lead its local resident supporters and workers into a realm of individual accomplishment and community empowerment, demonstrating that knowledge driven ideas, connected with a real opportunity to succeed, will deliver the benefits of ownership… the critical keystones of human dignity.
